1. Introduction
Welcome to EVYORRÈ. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are created to ensure transparency, smooth service, and protection for both EVYORRÈ and our customers.
2. Product Information
- All EVYORRÈ candles are handcrafted and made with care.
- Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, fragrance intensity, finishing, or packaging may occur.
- Product images displayed on the website or catalogue are for reference purposes only and may differ slightly from the final product.
3. Orders & Confirmation
- Orders will only be confirmed after successful payment confirmation.
- A minimum advance payment of 50% is required for all custom, bulk, or personalized orders.
- EVYORRÈ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspicious activity, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Pricing
- All prices mentioned are subject to change without prior notice.
- Shipping charges, taxes, and additional handling charges (if applicable) will be calculated separately at checkout or during order confirmation.
- Special discounts or promotional offers may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
5. Production Timeline
- Standard production time for orders is approximately 3–7 working days.
- Customized, festive, wedding, gifting, or bulk orders may require additional processing time depending on quantity and design complexity.
- Production timelines are estimates and may vary during high-demand seasons, festivals, or due to material availability.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- EVYORRÈ partners with third-party courier services for deliveries.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on customer location, courier serviceability, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, transportation delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- If an order is not delivered within the estimated 2–7 working days after dispatch, customers are requested to allow additional reasonable time for delivery. EVYORRÈ will make every possible effort to ensure timely delivery but shall not be held legally liable for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may result in delayed or failed deliveries. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Parcels
EVYORRÈ carefully packages all products to ensure safe delivery; however, transit handling is managed by third-party courier partners. Customers are requested to inspect the parcel immediately upon delivery. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
For damaged product claims, customers must provide:
- A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened
- Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging
- Order details and invoice information
Claims submitted without proper unboxing video proof may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or compensation. Minor packaging dents, scratches, or external courier packaging damage that do not affect the actual product shall not qualify as product damage. EVYORRÈ shall not be responsible for damage caused after successful delivery, including improper storage, mishandling, exposure to heat, water, or negligence by the customer.
Delayed Deliveries
Standard delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to courier operational issues, remote locations, weather conditions, public holidays, transport disruptions, high seasonal demand, or government restrictions. If a parcel is not delivered within 2–7 working days after dispatch, customers are requested to allow additional reasonable delivery time. EVYORRÈ shall not be legally liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Lost Parcels
In case a shipment is marked as lost by the courier partner, EVYORRÈ will initiate an investigation with the courier company. Refunds, replacements, or store credits for lost shipments shall be provided only after confirmation from the courier partner. EVYORRÈ reserves the right to decide the suitable resolution method.
EVYORRÈ shall not be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping address, incorrect contact information, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided production has not started.
- Once an order has entered production, customization, packaging, or dispatch stage, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- Customized, personalized, festive, wedding, corporate, and bulk orders are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered in cases where:
- The wrong product was delivered by EVYORRÈ
- The product arrived severely damaged during transit
- The ordered product is unavailable and cannot be fulfilled
To request a refund or replacement, customers must contact EVYORRÈ within 24 hours of delivery with clear product photographs, packaging photographs, and complete unboxing video proof without cuts or edits.
In case of approved refunds, the amount will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method. Shipping charges, handling charges, gift packaging charges, and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
EVYORRÈ reserves the full right to reject refund, return, replacement, or cancellation requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with company policies.
9. Bulk & Corporate Orders
- Bulk, event, wedding, and corporate gifting orders may require separate agreements, pricing structures, and timelines.
- Advance payment terms for bulk orders may vary depending on order size.
10. Intellectual Property
- All designs, logos, brand names, product photographs, packaging concepts, and website content belong exclusively to EVYORRÈ.
- Unauthorized copying, resale, reproduction, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
- EVYORRÈ shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- Customers are advised to use candles responsibly and follow all safety instructions provided with the product.
- EVYORRÈ is not responsible for misuse, negligence, unattended burning, or improper storage of candles.
12. Legal Protection
All products sold by EVYORRÈ are intended for decorative, aromatic, gifting, and wellness purposes only. Customers are responsible for using products safely and responsibly. EVYORRÈ shall not be liable for any injury, allergic reaction, property damage, or personal inconvenience caused due to improper handling or negligence.
Customers are advised to:
- Never leave candles unattended while burning
- Keep candles away from children and pets
- Avoid placing candles near flammable materials
- Use products in ventilated spaces
- Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs
By purchasing from EVYORRÈ, customers agree that all disputes, claims, and legal matters shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual communication and understanding before initiating any legal proceedings. EVYORRÈ reserves the complete right to modify products, pricing, packaging, policies, website content, and Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

EVYORRÈ reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Business Registration & Tax Compliance
- EVYORRÈ is a legally registered business operating in compliance with applicable laws and regulations of India.
- The brand is registered under Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations, and all eligible invoices shall include applicable GST details as per government norms.
- Customers requesting GST invoices must provide accurate billing details, including GSTIN (if applicable), at the time of placing the order.
